Gibson Dunn, based in New York City, seeks a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all litigation stages, including case management, discovery, and trial prep.

The role reports to the Manager, Paralegal Services; requires 8–10 years at an AmLaw 100 firm and proficiency with LexisNexis, Westlaw, iManage, Relativity, Opus 2, CaseMap, and AI tools. Travel and overtime may be required. NYC on-site with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and paralegal experience.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm.
• Experience with internal and government investigations is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Google Workspace.
• Proficient in LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Proficient in iManage.
• Experience with eDiscovery Databases such as Relativity, Opus 2, and CaseMap.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude, Harvey, ChatGPT, CoCounsel, Gemini.

Aufgaben

• Perform litigation case management, including file management, discovery, and trial activities.
• Assist attorneys with complex matters, ensuring deadlines and milestones.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows; interface with client representatives for AI workflows.
• Ensure client document management systems are updated.
• Prepare reports and summaries of case activities and developments.
• Organize and retrieve documents using established systems.
• Assist in all phases from case initiation through trial.
• Assist with calendaring deadlines; research Local Rules and Standing Orders.
• Draft court filings and preparations in Federal and State courts.
• Assist with discovery, document collection, organization, review, and productions.
• Proofread, cite-check and blue book court briefs and discovery documents.
• Assist with deposition, meetings, or interview preparations.
• Assist with trial/arbitration management, including travel and logistics.
• Prepare and submit timekeeping reports promptly.
• Prepare charts and indices.
• Coordinate with external vendors.
• Perform day-to-day case management tasks.
