Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough is seeking a Senior Litigation Docketing Specialist to manage complex calendaring for federal, state, and agency matters using CompuLaw Vision. You will review documents, ensure timely deadlines, and provide training and mentorship to docketing staff.

The role requires 5–7 years of docketing experience, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of federal and state court procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of docketing experience in a law firm setting.
• Extensive knowledge of the litigation lifecycle, legal procedures, terminology, and court rules in federal and state courts.
• Proven ability to compute deadlines in federal and state jurisdictions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Independently calendaring firm litigation matters with minimal supervision and high accuracy.
• Respond to attorney and staff requests regarding deadlines and court rules.
• Conduct jurisdictional research and provide comprehensive summaries to case teams.
• Create and circulate reports for review and confirmation of deadlines.
• Mentor and train other Litigation Docketing Specialists; assist in onboarding.
