Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college/university or paralegal certificate required.
• Minimum of 2 years docketing experience in a law firm setting.
• Familiarity with rules-based calendaring software and court rules.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter case information, activity, and deadlines into CompuLaw Vision and follow procedures.
• Respond to attorney and staff requests regarding deadlines and court rules.
• Conduct jurisdictional research and provide summaries to case teams.
• Ensure calendaring is accurate and completed on time; create and circulate deadline reports.
• Quality review work product and contribute to department procedures and projects.
