Qualifications

• A degree from an accredited college or university or a paralegal certificate.
• Minimum of 2 years docketing experience in a law firm.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Enter case information, activity, and deadlines into CompuLaw Vision accurately.
• Respond to attorney and staff requests regarding deadlines and court rules.
• Conduct jurisdictional research and prepare summaries for case teams.
• Ensure calendaring is complete and complies with procedures.
• Create and circulate reports and perform quality reviews.
• Escalate questions to senior docketing staff as needed.
• Stay informed on developments in relevant jurisdictions and firm practices.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to mitigate risk and deliver service.
