You should have a paralegal certificate or equivalent experience and at least two years in docketing, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines. On-site role.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of docketing experience in a law firm.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience computing deadlines in federal and state courts; CompuLaw Vision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter deadlines into CompuLaw Vision and maintain accurate calendars.
• Respond to attorney requests and provide court rule summaries.
• Produce reports and ensure deadlines are entered timely.
• Stay current on docketing procedures and workflows.
