Qualifications

• Requires 5–7 years of docketing experience in a law firm setting.
• Experience with federal and state court rules and deadlines is essential.
• Proficiency in computing deadlines and understanding litigation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Calendaring firm litigation matters independently with minimal supervision.
• Respond to attorney requests regarding deadlines and court rules.
• Conduct jurisdictional research and provide comprehensive summaries to case teams.
• Mentor and train other docketing specialists; audit work product.
• Assist in creating department materials and training content.
