Qualifications

• Degree or paralegal certification required.
• Minimum 2 years docketing experience in a law firm.
• Experience computing deadlines in federal/state courts; familiarity with rule-based calendaring tools.

Responsibilities

• Enter case information, activity, and deadlines into CompuLaw Vision.
• Respond to deadline requests from attorneys and staff.
• Conduct jurisdictional research and summarize findings for case teams.
• Ensure calendaring accuracy and timely completion.
• Create and circulate reports for review and confirmation of deadlines.
