Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience/education is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of docketing experience in a law firm setting.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills; professional demeanor under pressure.
• Familiarity with rules-based calendaring software and court rules is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Enter case information, activity, and deadlines into CompuLaw Vision.
• Respond to requests from attorneys and staff regarding deadlines and rules.
• Conduct jurisdictional research and provide summaries to case teams.
• Ensure calendaring is accurate and timely.
• Create and circulate reports for review and confirmation of deadlines.
• Quality review work product and escalate questions to senior staff as needed.
• Suggest process improvements to assist with workflows.
• Stay informed of developments in forums where the firm practices.
• Work on projects as needed.
