Qualifications

• Active US Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI.
• 9+ years of relevant experience or 7+ years with a Graduate Degree.
• Experience in tactical datalink (TDL) scenarios and Link 22 integration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Link 22 SME, with deep knowledge of architecture, message standards, network design, and configuration options.
• Architect and design Link 22 data flows across multi-node networks and time slot management.
• Develop, manage, and maintain exportable Link 22 configurations for multiple programs.
• Integrate Link 22 hardware/software (SNC, SPC, LLC) ensuring interoperability.
• Design and test Link 22 with other data links (Link 16, VMF) across security domains.
• Translate CONOPS into system requirements and ensure traceability through lifecycle.
