Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Systems Engineering Link 22 to lead architecture development, configuration, and testing for Link 22 data link systems across airborne and maritime platforms.

The role requires hands-on expertise and the ability to translate customer needs into system requirements. The position supports a remote work model with travel as needed for integration and testing activities.

Qualifications

• Active US Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology or related field; extensive experience accepted.
• Graduate degree preferred or 13 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Extensive knowledge of Link 22 data link systems and military standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Link 22 subject matter expert across architectures and configurations.
• Integrate and configure Link 22 for airborne and maritime platforms.
• Architect Link 22 data flows across multi-node networks and manage time slot assignments.
• Develop exportable Link 22 configurations for multiple programs and customers.
• Plan interoperability tests and support lab and field evaluations.
• Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
