L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Systems Engineering to serve as the primary Link 22 subject matter expert, shaping architecture and configurations for airborne and maritime platforms.

You will design data flows, ensure interoperability, and guide integration across programs in a remote capacity. You will lead testing efforts, translate CONOPS into system requirements, and present complex technical details to government customers and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering technology or related field; 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Graduate degree with 7+ years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 13+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Link 22 SME and guide architecture development and configuration.
• Architect and design Link 22 data flows across multi-node networks and time slot management.
• Develop and maintain exportable Link 22 configurations for multiple programs and environments.
• Integrate and configure Link 22 hardware/software components (SNC, SPC, LLC) for interoperability.
• Plan and execute Link 22 testing in lab and field, including interoperability events.
• Prepare presentations communicating Link 22 architecture and configurations to stakeholders.
• Develop test plans and verification scenarios for SW development and integration.
