Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Systems Engineering Link 22 to support requirements, design, development, testing, and integration of Link 22 systems for ground and airborne platforms.

You will be the SME for Link 22, driving configurations, interoperability, and program-wide requirements across multiple domains. The role involves travel as programs require, with a focus on integrating Link 22 with other tactical links and ensuring compliance with MIL‑STD/STANAG standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering technology or related field and extensive systems engineering experience.
• Graduate degree with related experience preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, 13 years of related experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Link 22 subject matter expert.
• Integrate and configure Link 22 systems for airborne and maritime platforms.
• Architect data flows across multi‑node networks and manage time slot assignment.
