Qualifications

• Active US Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering technology or related field with 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Graduate degree with 7+ years of experience, or 13+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Strong understanding of requirements development, decomposition, and traceability.
• Experience creating tactical datalink scenarios for software development and testing.
• Hands-on experience integrating Link 22 hardware/software across platforms.
• Familiarity with STANAG 5522 and NATO interoperability.
• Ability to translate customer needs into testable system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Link 22 SME on architecture, messaging, and network design.
• Configure Link 22 for airborne and maritime platforms ensuring interoperability.
• Design Link 22 data flows across multi‑node networks and time slot management.
• Develop and maintain exportable Link 22 configurations across programs.
• Plan interoperability testing and participate in multi‑national events.
• Prepare presentations on Link 22 architecture for government customers.
• Develop test plans and verification scenarios using Link 22 simulators.
• Work in an Agile engineering environment and collaborate on SW development.
