L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Systems Engineering with deep expertise in Link 22 tactical data links. You will drive architecture development, requirements traceability, and cross-program configurations for airborne and ground systems.

The role demands hands-on design, integration, and testing across complex hardware/software platforms. You will work within an agile engineering environment, collaborating with teams to deliver interoperable Link 22 solutions and support

Qualifications

• Active US Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering technology and minimum of 9 years of relevant experience (Software Engineer also considered with relevant experience).
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of core Systems Engineering requirements development, decomposition, traceability, verification, and validation.
• Prior experience creating tactical datalink (TDL) scenarios for software development, integration, and testing.
• Hands-on experience integrating and configuring Link 22 tactical data link systems.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary Link 22 SME, with in-depth knowledge of architecture, message standards, and networks.
• Architect and design Link 22 data flows across multi-node networks.
• Develop and maintain exportable Link 22 configurations for multiple programs.
• Integrate Link 22 hardware/software components (SNC, SPC, LLC) for interoperability.
• Design physical architectures with Link 22 and other data links across domains.
• Plan and execute Link 22 interoperability testing in lab and field environments.
• Prepare presentations communicating Link 22 architectures to non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop software/system test plans and verification scenarios for SW development.
