Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Culinary arts courses or the equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years’ experience as a line cook.
• Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by regulatory entities or Live’s standards.

• Prepare all food items and maintain proper temperatures.
• Season and garnish dishes.
• Prepare soups and sauces.
• Keep the cooking area clean and orderly.
• Maintain inventory and order food daily.
• Ensure safety and security of employees and guests.
• Monitor performance against local competition.
• Other duties as assigned.
