Qualifications

• Culinary arts coursework or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years as a line cook.
• Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by regulatory entities.

Responsibilities

• Produce from standardized recipes.
• Prepare, portion, and cook food.
• Maintain stations and assist team to meet daily business needs.
• Clean and sanitize stations and maintain efficiency.
• Handle high-volume cooking and plating with consistent quality.
• Work with kitchen staff to ensure safe, clean environment and timely service.
• Follow safety procedures and guidance from culinary management.
• Support cross-department communication and teamwork.
