Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Line Cook III to craft and plate menu items with advanced culinary skill in a high‑volume casino kitchen.

You will support multiple stations, uphold safety and sanitation, and collaborate with teammates to deliver consistent, high‑quality dishes that meet our brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Culinary arts courses or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience as a line cook.
• Must be able to secure/maintain licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Be able to produce from standardized recipes.
• Prepare, portion, and cook food accordingly.
• Ensure stations meet anticipated daily business levels and assist others.
• Validated on all stations (including Prep).
• Complete daily sanitation and cleaning duties efficiently.
• Handle high-volume cooking and plating while maintaining quality.
• Work hands-on with kitchen staff to ensure timely, safe service.
• Follow safety procedures to protect staff.
• Operate under culinary management supervision.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with other departments.
• May interact directly with guests.
• Adhere to appearance standards and professional conduct.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
