Job summary

Invited is seeking a Cook 3 to lead food preparation, production, and presentation in a fast-paced club kitchen. You will organize your workstation, maintain high quality, and supervise Cook 1 and Cook 2 teammates while coordinating with the kitchen leadership to uphold culinary standards.

This senior role requires advanced culinary skills, leadership, and the ability to manage high-stress, high-volume kitchen environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Four years of kitchen experience are required.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up and organize workstation and daily prep.
• Prepare and store all food items necessary for station per Invited standards.
• Maintain proper cooking techniques and presentation of daily specials, salads, entrees, and other items.
• Provide leadership by mentoring Cook 1 and Cook 2 team members and supervising kitchen operations.
• Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and testing products.
