Caesars Entertainment in the United States is seeking a Cook II responsible for fast, sanitary preparation of menu items across all kitchen stations in a high-volume outlet.

You will rotate through hot and cold prep, ensure accurate cooking methods, proper labeling, and maintain station cleanliness. Strong teamwork, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and flexible shifts are required.

Minimum 3 years of experience or equivalent training; High School diploma or GED required; culinary school preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume, quality establishment, or equivalent training.
• Culinary school experience preferred.
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and operation.
• Familiar with maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Ability to cook using standard techniques and equipment.
• Solid skill base in Pantry and Cook operations.
• Team player with a sense of urgency and adaptability.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for fast and sanitary preparation of all menu items following established recipes and standards.
• Rotate between all cooking stations, each responsible for specific food items and each using cooking devices.
• Ensure each order is uniform and consistent.
• Control food production, cooking methods, times, temperatures; ensure sanitation and proper dating/labeling.
• Maintain cleanliness of all stations and equipment.
• Be able to work any shift and station in the outlet.
• Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to policies.
• Assist in lead cook tasks for advancement as needed.
