LEDVANCE is seeking a Sales Representative to drive growth across Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri, and Kansas, with a home-based schedule and extensive field visits. The role targets new business while servicing existing accounts to promote Sylvania-branded lighting solutions.

You will call on distributors, manage a territory, and close opportunities across public and private sectors. Travel and a strong work ethic are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a business discipline.
• 3–5 years of sales experience required.
• Lighting industry experience preferred.
• Salesforce experience or similar tool preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Make sales calls on electrical distributor partners and authorized agents to maintain existing relationships and pursue incremental sales opportunities.
• Sell whole building projects from new construction to renovations in public and private sectors.
• Grow LEDVANCE’s market share with Sylvania-branded products and maximize profitability.
• Manage a sales territory and analyze opportunities to increase sales and profit.
• Spend at least 80% of time meeting customers off-site with occasional overnight travel.
