Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, project management, or related roles.
• Experience with electrical distribution, lighting, and controls preferred
• High School or GED is required

Responsibilities

• Quote moderate to high profile projects requiring extensive product knowledge.
• Review bid package requirements including technical, commercial, drawings, and documentation
• Format customer requests into standardized bid spreadsheets for review
• Issue RFQs to vendors and communicate deadlines and project details
• Prepare bid tabulations and negotiate pricing with suppliers
• Submit final proposals with all required documentation
• Participate in product meetings and vendor strategy discussions
• Build relationships with customers and suppliers and promote product knowledge
