Rexel USA in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Lighting Quotations Specialist to join our Rexel USA team. This role focuses on establishing relationships with customers and vendors to secure pricing positions for bids and to review bid packages, technical and commercial requirements.

You will format requests into bid spreadsheets, issue RFQs, assemble bid tabulations, and submit final proposals. The job offers growth and opportunities in a leading electrical distributor.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop lighting layouts using industry tools.
• Experience with electrical distribution, lighting and controls.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, project management, or related experience.
• Knowledge of AGi32 is preferred.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Quote low to moderate profile/complex projects.
• Review bid packages and technical/commercial requirements.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales or branches on proposal strategy.
• Format customer requests into standardized bid spreadsheets.
• Issue RFQs and assemble bid tabulations.
• Submit final proposals with all documentation.
• Negotiate pricing and substitute products when appropriate.
• Maintain product knowledge through training.
• Engage with customers and suppliers to build relationships.
