Job summary

Rexel USA in Livermore, CA seeks a Lighting Senior Project Manager to lead complex electrical projects, manage orders, shipments and billing, and maintain clear communication with customers throughout the lifecycle.

You will partner with sales and vendors to optimize margins, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding quality and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience.
• Experience in electrical distribution industry preferred.
• High School or GED - Required.
• Strong communication and multitasking in time-sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of high profile/complex projects with strong product knowledge.
• Communicate with customers, expedite OS&Ds, and resolve issues promptly.
• Read Purchase Orders to understand requirements and ensure terms are correct.
• Coordinate with sales and vendors to improve margin.
• Manage delivery schedule, product quality, and back charges.
• Provide timely price quotations, requotes, and proposals.
• Deepen customer relationships and perform on-site visits as needed.
• Coordinate with project team for documentation such as O&M manuals, test reports, submittal packages, and Certificates of Compliance.
