Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Lighting Quotations Specialist to join our Carrollton, TX team. You will establish relationships with customers and vendors to secure pricing for bids, review bid packages, and provide product knowledge to support quotations.

You will format requests into standardized bid spreadsheets, breakdown bid packages, and issue RFQs to vendors. The role requires developing lighting layouts and leveraging AGi32, with strong communication and project coordination skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or project management experience preferred.
• Experience with electrical distribution, lighting, and controls preferred.
• High School or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Quote low to moderate profile/complex projects.
• Review bid package requirements (technical, approved manufacturers list, commercial, documentation).
• Collaborate with Outside Sales or branches to strategize each proposal.
• Format customer request into a standardized bid spreadsheet.
