Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, project management, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with electrical distribution, lighting, and controls, or adjacent industry preferred.
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Quote low to moderate profile/complex projects.
• Review bid package requirements and documentation.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales or branches on strategy for proposals.
• Format customer requests into standardized bid spreadsheets.
• Issue RFQs to vendors and manage bid tabulations.
• Prepare and submit final proposals with required documentation.
• Negotiate pricing and substitutions with suppliers where appropriate.
• Maintain product knowledge through meetings and trainings.
• Meet with team to discuss vendor strategy and margins.
• Utilize digital tools to promote products to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
