As Senior Associate, Customer Lifecycle Marketing, you will plan strategy for first-party data channels (email, SMS, direct mail, push) and manage campaigns across Insurance, Financial Services, Non-Profit, Retail, Automotive, Travel, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• 4+ years in data-driven marketing—CRM/email/direct mail/SMS/push.
• Hands-on data use and research to guide decisions.
• Client-facing communication experience.
• Translate data analysis into actionable marketing recommendations.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze is advantageous.
• Able to manage multiple projects with timely delivery.
• Willingness to travel 20-40%.

Responsibilities

• Build messaging strategy for omni-channel plans using first-party data.
• Translate technology into marketing ideas for clients.
• Adapt marketing to different industries and environments.
• Ensure client value through best-practice solutions and original thinking.
• Write campaign briefs for creative and execution teams.
• Collaborate with internal Merkle teams and partner agencies.
• Identify data points and measurements to show impact on client business.
