Prosper Marketplace is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to lead the management and execution of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns. You will design journeys in Iterable, code emails, and collaborate with marketing analytics to drive performance and growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in lifecycle marketing, hands-on experience with email, SMS, push, and in-account messaging, and strong HTML/CSS for email.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in lifecycle marketing with hands-on campaign execution
• Experience in email, SMS, push notifications, and in-account messaging
• Direct experience building journeys with a modern marketing automation platform (Iterable/Braze or similar)
• Expert-level HTML/CSS for email with cross-client QA
• Knowledge of A/B testing and translating test designs into campaigns
• Working knowledge of API events and webhooks
• Working knowledge of lifecycle marketing best practices
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Nice-to-have fintech or highly regulated industry experience

Responsibilities

• Manage daily campaign tasks and launch campaigns from content calendar
• Design multi-channel journeys in Iterable with experiments and conditional splits
• Code and QA emails using templates, snippets, and handlebars logic
• Collaborate with marketing and analytics to optimize campaigns
• Coordinate with legal/compliance to ensure content policy
• QA API event payloads and webhooks with technical teams
• Monitor campaign send counts and performance
• Provide subject-matter expertise to the team
