Job summary

Merkle, an agency of dentsu, is hiring a Director of Customer Lifecycle Marketing. Remote candidates in the continental United States may apply; Colorado location is noted. Lead strategy across channels, translate 1st party data and CRM into actionable campaigns, and build trusted client relationships while delivering measurable ROI across verticals.

Travel 20-30% may be required. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft plans that align with client objectives and drive growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Experience leading customer lifecycle marketing strategy engagements for senior clients.
• 8+ years in data-driven marketing, CRM, direct mail, and online/offline media strategy.
• Hands-on data-driven customer experiences across lifecycle.
• 5+ years in an agency or consulting firm.
• Strong data interpretation to deliver actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead building, development, and delivery of strategic omni-channel marketing plans.
• Translate new technology into marketing ideas for the client.
• Understand marketing differences across verticals and environments.
• Develop trusted client relationships with key contacts and executives.
• Ensure meaningful client value via best-practice solutions and original thinking.
• Collaborate with leadership and partner agencies to execute plans.
• Identify data points and measurements to show ROI.
