Credit Acceptance is seeking a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to own the customer lifecycle across onboarding, first payment and ongoing retention. You will shape the contact strategy, segmentation and testing to maximize lifetime value, working closely with product, creative and analytics teams.

This is a remote-friendly role with occasional travel to Southfield, MI. The position requires 7+ years in lifecycle or CRM marketing, strong analytical judgment and demonstrated ability to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years in lifecycle, CRM, retention or customer marketing.
• Proven track record increasing customer lifetime value through lifecycle programs.

Responsabilités

• Own lifecycle marketing strategy and roadmap to increase lifetime value.
• Define multi-channel messaging across email, SMS, push and in-app.
• Lead onboarding and first-payment journeys to improve time-to-value.
• Develop business cases for loyalty, rewards or benefits programs.
• Partner with product, creative, analytics and operations for program delivery.
• Lead testing agenda with holdouts and measurement of incremental impact.
