Job summary

Fleetio, a modern fleet operations software company, is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive lifecycle and email marketing programs. You will partner with Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success to optimize activation, onboarding, product adoption, expansion, and retention.

You will build multi-motion lifecycle programs, implement behavior-based campaigns, and lead scalable nurture and automation within Marketo, Salesforce, and Gainsight.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in lifecycle or related B2B SaaS marketing roles.
• Experience building nurture programs across acquisition, onboarding, activation, conversion, expansion, and retention.
• Experience supporting PLG and sales-assisted motions.
• Hands-on with Marketo and Salesforce; Gainsight preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Fleetio’s lifecycle marketing strategy across the full customer journey.
• Build segmented lifecycle and email journeys for product-led, mid-market, and enterprise motions.
• Develop personalized experiences based on behavior, lifecycle stage, persona, usage, and buying intent.
• Collaborate with Product, Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to scale lifecycle programs.
