Fireworks AI in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a seasoned Lifecycle Marketing Sr. Manager to design and scale customer journeys across PLG and SLG motions.

You’ll own strategy and execution of personalized lifecycle experiences across email, in‑product messaging, web, and AI-powered touchpoints, partnering with Product, Growth Marketing, Sales, CS, Engineering, and Data to nurture prospects, drive adoption, and expand revenue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Marketing, or CRM in a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Experience building nurture programs and onboarding experiences that drive revenue.
• Deep understanding of PLG and SLG motions.
• Proven ability to design personalized lifecycle journeys using data-driven insight.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle strategy across lead nurturing, onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion.
• Build scalable nurture programs for net-new, MQLs, product users, and existing customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, CS, Analytics to tailor messages by behavior and stage.
• Lead experimentation and optimization using A/B tests and data.
• Manage AI-powered touchpoints and multi-channel lifecycle communications.
