Job summary

Credit Acceptance is seeking a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing to lead the customer lifecycle strategy across email, SMS, push and in‑app messaging, with a focus on onboarding and first payments. You will own segmentation, testing, and cross‑functional partnerships with product, creative and analytics to drive incremental value while aligning with servicing and compliance requirements.

This is a flexible, work‑from‑home friendly role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of lifecycle, CRM, retention or customer marketing experience.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with testing programs and measuring incremental impact.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle marketing strategy and roadmap to maximize customer lifetime value.
• Design onboarding and first-payment journeys across channels.
• Develop segmentation and targeting based on behavior and engagement data.
• Lead testing agenda: hypotheses, holdouts, results and scaling.
• Collaborate with digital product, creative, operations, analytics and servicing teams.
