Job summary

LAKE is seeking a senior lifecycle marketer in Savannah, GA to own email, SMS, and transactional channels. You will drive channel revenue and retention KPI performance, ensuring every send reflects LAKE’s brand voice across emails and texts.

You’ll grow the audience, map cadence, and govern data quality while coordinating with cross-functional teams. You will lead reporting, testing, and collaboration with agencies and internal partners, shaping go-to-market priorities into actionable channel

Qualifications

• 7-9 years in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing at brand-led ecommerce or DTC companies
• Experience leading agency partners and direct reports
• Proven ability to drive revenue through email/SMS/ transactional channels
• Strong brand voice alignment and audience targeting
• Hands-on Klaviyo expertise and data-driven mindset
• Comfort with experimentation and testing roadmaps

Responsibilities

• Own performance across email, SMS, and transactional channels with revenue responsibility
• Ensure every send reflects LAKE brand voice and quality
• Grow audience through onsite capture and list health initiatives
• Translate lifecycle strategy into working channel plans with clear dependencies
• Manage orchestration, cadence, suppression, and data integrity across tools
• Lead reporting and testing with a measurable roadmap
• Review briefs and guide creative while preserving tone
• Lead agencies and internal teams to set priorities and targets
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Creative, Planning, and Client Services
