Qualifications

• 6+ years of CRM, lifecycle, or marketplace growth marketing experience.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable lifecycle strategies and testing plans.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and building segmentation/journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle programs (activation, progression, retention, reengagement) with strategy, execution, measurement, and results.
• Design segmented onboarding and activation journeys for different advisor profiles to improve time to first booking and first commission.
• Develop a rigorous testing roadmap across messaging, channels, cadence, segmentation, and journey design.
