Fora Travel is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Advisor Acquisition in New York City to identify and scale advisor acquisition opportunities that drive long-term growth. You will own end-to-end growth initiatives, partnering with Data, Product, Creative, and Site teams to build repeatable frameworks and accelerate AI-enabled research.

The role emphasizes experimentation, incrementality, and a bias toward action in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience owning growth or performance marketing channels and cross functional initiatives from strategy through execution and optimization.
• Structured experimentation frameworks that enable scalable decision making.
• Strong understanding of incrementality measurement and causal methodologies.
• Understanding of LTV, CAC, ROI, and downstream business performance as drivers of strategy.
• Hands on experience building and deploying AI powered workflows and automations.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize performance data into actionable decisions.
• Excellent cross functional collaboration with marketing, data, creative, product, and tech teams.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with rapid learning and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of advisor acquisition across channels.
• Launch and evaluate structured experiments with clear hypotheses and metrics.
• Build repeatable testing frameworks for evaluating new opportunities.
• Make channel investment decisions based on incrementality and ROAS targets.
• Lead acquisition performance cadence: daily pacing, weekly scorecards, monthly cohort analyses.
• Partner with Data to design measurement for incremental impact and LTV/CAC models.
• Collaborate with Creative to test AI-enabled assets and accelerate learning.
• Drive landing page and offer experiments with testing strategy and measurement.
• Build AI-powered automations to streamline reporting and research.
