Fora is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to help build delightful product experiences for our advisors and their clients. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to raise the bar on measurement, experimentation, and delivery in our three-sided marketplace.

You’ll operate as a strategic partner across teams to guide roadmap decisions and feature investments. This foundational role focuses on instrumentation, end-to-end data work, experimental design, and model development to predict

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product data science, product analytics, or consumer analytics.
• Experience designing and analyzing product experiments, including causal inference techniques.
• Experience building predictive models and applying machine learning techniques.
• Advanced SQL skills are essential; Python or scripting language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep analyses of product usage and advisor behavior to shape product features.
• Own the full lifecycle of product data from instrumentation to actionable insights.
• Design and analyze experiments across core product surfaces and define best practices.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design to develop roadmaps, launch features, and measure success.
• Build models to predict user behavior and deliver personalized experiences.
• Mentor peers and shape data team processes and standards.
