Job summary

Fora is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Advisor Acquisition to identify, test, and scale new advisor channels that drive long-term growth. You will own the full lifecycle of growth initiatives, collaborating with Data, Product, Creative, and Site teams to build repeatable frameworks for evaluating opportunities and accelerating AI-enabled research and optimization.

Based in our New York City office, you will report to the Performance Marketing Lead and drive cross-functional growth

Qualifications

• Experience owning growth or performance marketing channels and cross functional initiatives from strategy through execution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of advisor acquisition initiatives across new channels.
• Build structured zero-to-one experiments with clear hypotheses, metrics, and scaling criteria.
• Develop repeatable testing frameworks for evaluating acquisition opportunities.
• Make channel decisions based on incrementality, value, and ROAS targets.
• Lead cadence for acquisition performance: daily pacing, weekly scorecards, monthly analyses.
• Partner with Data to design measurement approaches isolating incremental impact and cohort quality.
