Job summary

EverAI Limited is expanding its leadership team for CRM with a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager. You will own the CRM lifecycle from onboarding to retention, orchestrating email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions to drive revenue.

You will report to the Co-founder/CMO and shape journeys, experiments, and playbooks at an unprecedented scale. Join a fully remote, globally distributed team building AI companionship platforms.

Qualifications

• You’ve scaled CRM before with measurable revenue improvements.
• You understand consumer growth in high-volume B2C subscription models.
• You think like a builder: create segments, journeys, experiments, and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Own the full CRM lifecycle strategy and execution from onboarding to reactivation.
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior and engagement gaps.
• Design onboarding, abandoned-payment, offers, and follow-up journeys to convert registrations to paying customers.
• Increase token purchases, retention, and LTV through smarter segmentation and timing.
• Build and test experiments to measure impact, scale winners, and inform next opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to improve tooling, tracking, and reporting.
