• Exceptional executive presence with C-suite and HR leader credibility.
• Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional enterprise environment.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: design and execute talent solutions to win new partnerships in biotech, pharma, and medical device sectors.
• Build Strategic Relationships: own key accounts and develop trust with executive leaders.
• Lead & Innovate: manage the full sales process from discovery to pricing, proposals, and closing.
