Qualifications

• 6+ years in life sciences recruiting, RPO, or talent consulting with revenue goals.
• Proven ability to win complex talent solutions engagements in life sciences.
• Strong executive presence and ability to partner with C-suite and HR leaders.
• Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional enterprise environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by designing talent solutions to secure new partnerships across biotech, pharma and medical device sectors.
• Own key accounts as primary client solutions owner, building trust with executives.
• Lead the sales process from discovery to pricing, proposals and closing deals.
• Advise clients using deep industry knowledge and coordinate with delivery teams for flawless execution.
• Connect integrated solutions across Syneos Health to deliver exceptional client value.
