You will build trusted relationships with biotech, pharma, and medical device clients, designing value-driven talent solutions that accelerate growth and patient impact.

You bring 6+ years in life sciences recruiting or RPO, a track record of exceeding revenue goals, and the credibility to partner with C-suite and HR leaders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in life sciences recruiting, RPO, or talent consulting with revenue targets over $1M.
• Proven ability to win complex talent solutions engagements in life sciences.
• Executive presence and credibility with C-suite and HR leaders.
• Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional enterprise environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: Develop and execute talent solutions to win new partnerships across biotech, pharma, and medical devices.
• Build Strategic Relationships: Own key accounts and build trust with executive leaders.
• Lead & Innovate: Manage the full sales process from discovery to closing.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Guide clients with deep industry knowledge and coordinate with delivery teams.
• Make an Impact: Align our integrated solutions across Syneos Health to deliver client value.
