Experience designing human+AI process flows and governance structures.
Understanding agentic AI, automation, and AI-enabled workflows in Life Sciences.
Experience with cross-functional teams; travel domestically and internationally may be required.

Responsibilities

Own methodology and standards for designing human+AI processes across transformation programs.
Lead current-state process assessments across the engagement scope.
Design future-state operating model including process flows and governance.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops with senior leaders.
Own the Process Blueprint as the primary deliverable for the operating model.
Partner with Value Architects and AI & Data Innovators to map blueprints to value.
