Job summary

Oracle Health & Life Sciences is seeking a seasoned Solution Engineer to join the North America team. Based in the United States with travel across the region, this hybrid role focuses on Oracle Fusion Applications (SCM, ERP/ERPM, HCM, CX) and requires deep pre-sales experience in Life Sciences.

You will partner with Sales, demonstrate business value, and shape innovative solution roadmaps while driving strategic growth and customer success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a comparable role.
• Experience supporting enterprise back-office transformation programmes in Life Sciences.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM/ERPM or comparable cloud solutions.
• Ability to lead multi-pillar solutions (ERP & EPM & SCM, or ERP & EPM & HCM/SCM/CX).
• Experience with AI capabilities in Oracle Fusion Applications or similar platforms.
• Experience designing enterprise architectures using Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive complex opportunities as Lead Solution Engineer with domain support.
• Leverage Life Sciences expertise to propose relevant, innovative solutions.
• Understand and address customers' key business requirements and motivations.
• Present and articulate value of Oracle SaaS SCM/ERPM/HCM/CX to stakeholders.
• Represent Oracle as a trusted advisor through workshops and events.
• Contribute to Fusion Life Sciences growth within the SE community.
• Collaborate with Sales to articulate business value throughout the sales cycle.
• Overcome obstacles to help customers achieve outcomes.
• Continuously develop skills across Oracle SaaS SCM and ERP/EPM/HCM/CX.
• Stay current with modern demonstration techniques and competitive landscape.
