Responsibilities

• Support and drive complex opportunities as Lead Solution Engineer with domain expert backing.
• Use Life Sciences expertise to recommend relevant, innovative solutions.
• Ensure customers’ key business requirements are understood and addressed.
• Present and articulate value of Oracle SaaS SCM/ERPM/HCM/CX to stakeholders.
• Represent Oracle as trusted advisor through workshops and customer engagements.
• Contribute to the Solution Engineering community to grow Fusion Life Sciences Applications.
• Partner with Sales teams to articulate business value throughout the sales cycle.
• Overcome obstacles to help customers achieve outcomes.
• Continuously develop skills across Oracle SaaS SCM and ERP/EPM/HCM/CX.
• Stay current with modern demonstration techniques.
• Understand competitive landscape and address objections.
