Oracle Health & Life Sciences is seeking a senior Solution Engineer to lead opportunities, shape innovative fusion cloud solutions for Life Sciences, and present measurable business value to customers across North America. This hybrid role blends customer engagements with regional collaboration and ongoing skills development.

You’ll partner with Sales to articulate business value and stay ahead of the competitive landscape while driving growth for Oracle Fusion Applications in SCM,

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in pre‑sales, solution consulting, or similar role.
• Experience supporting enterprise back‑office transformation for Life Sciences customers.
• Advanced hands‑on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM/ERP/EPM or comparable cloud solutions.
• Ability to lead multi‑pillar solutions (ERP & EPM & SCM, or ERP & EPM & HCM/SCM/CX).
• Hands‑on AI capabilities in Oracle Fusion Applications or similar SaaS platforms.
• Design enterprise architectures using Oracle Fusion Applications or similar platforms.
• Experience integrating Fusion Finance Apps with Life Sciences solutions.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and processes.
• Ability to apply technology to drive innovation; design thinking and customer journey mapping is a plus.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Solution Engineer opportunities with domain experts as support.
• Recommend Life Sciences solutions to meet customer outcomes.
• Understand and address customers’ key business requirements.
• Present and articulate value of Oracle SaaS SCM/ERPM/HCM/CX solutions.
• Represent Oracle as a trusted advisor through workshops and events.
• Grow Fusion Life Sciences Applications through contribution to the community.
• Partner with Sales to articulate business value throughout the cycle.
• Overcome obstacles to achieve customer outcomes.
• Develop skills across Oracle SaaS SCM and ERP/EPM/HCM/CX.
• Stay current with modern demonstration techniques.
• Understand competitive landscape and address objections.
