Job summary

Direct Recruiters, Inc. is seeking an experienced pharma account executive to own the full sales cycle—from sourcing to closing—primarily for small and midsized pharma accounts with exposure to large pharma as well.

You will lead procurement discussions, negotiate MSAs, and drive expansion across new and existing accounts, while acting as a trusted partner to brand teams and buyers. Close collaboration with founders and the product team will shape roadmap priorities.

Qualifications

• 7–11 years selling into commercial pharma accounts.
• Experience selling to pharma commercial/brand teams.
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying groups.
• Strong presentation and discovery-call skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from sourcing deals to closing contracts for pharma accounts.
• Lead procurement conversations and negotiate MSAs with buyers.
• Drive expansion across new and existing pharmaceutical accounts.
• Assume a credible, consultative role with commercial/brand teams.
• Collaborate with founders and product teams to feed customer voice into roadmaps.
