Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Sr. Director - Life Sciences Commercial based in the United States to lead strategic sales initiatives across pharma, biotech and medical devices.

You will shape customer solutions, drive revenue growth, and manage high-impact relationships with senior executives. You will collaborate with product development, marketing and leadership to expand opportunities, while maintaining disciplined CRM, forecasts and a results-driven approach in a fast-growing healthcare analytics

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant experience selling or delivering complex healthcare data, insights, and analytics solutions to life sciences organizations.
• Deep understanding of healthcare data ecosystem and recurring-revenue business models.
• Knowledge of healthcare data assets such as medical claims, prescriptions, and EHR in analytics, RWE and HEOR.
• Strong relationships within life sciences and experience with senior executives to develop solutions and close opportunities.
• Proven record of strategic account management and meeting ARR targets of $1M+.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiations and business development skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with initiative and growth objectives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, independent work, sound judgment and risk-taking in lean environments.
• High integrity, customer-first approach and enthusiasm for meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account growth strategies to identify and close new opportunities in life sciences and medical devices.
• Engage clients via consultative sales, understand priorities, and present real-world data, insights and analytics.
• Build relationships with C-suite and senior leaders across pharma, biotech and MedTech.
• Drive post-sale expansion by identifying new therapeutic applications and HEOR/RWE opportunities.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing and ongoing growth.
• Identify cross-team opportunities within existing accounts across brands, research and analytics.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing and other teams to align needs with solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead complex negotiations and close strategic deals to support revenue objectives.
• Represent the organization at industry events to build brand and relationships.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline discipline and reliable forecasts.
