Job summary

Beghou Consulting is seeking a data-driven leader to conceptualize, execute, and integrate data-driven projects for pharmaceutical commercial efforts. You will guide internal stakeholders, drive innovation, and lead project teams to deliver actionable insights across global clients.

The role emphasizes collaboration, advanced analytics, and the use of BI tools to design data-driven strategies. A strong background in life sciences and a proactive, mentorship-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in life sciences, with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions: Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, BI/Reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint), with advanced Excel.
• Coding languages (SAS, Python, R, VBA) and data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to solve complex problems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; strong organizational and PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality client deliverables.
• Provide strategic direction on project scope, resources, and timelines, while handling data analytics tasks.
• Collaborate with leadership to define project approach and development strategies.
• Analyze data, synthesize findings, and communicate actionable insights to internal and external teams.
• Independently manage projects, client communications, and timelines with minimal oversight.
• Develop and optimize data processes, using coding to enable efficient data handling and reporting.
