Job summary

Meet Life Sciences Ltd. seeks a Head of Commercial Data Strategy to build and lead its data infrastructure ahead of product launch. You will own commercial data strategy, governance, master data management, and data architecture to ensure accurate, integrated data for commercial decisions.

You will lead teams across reporting, governance, CRM administration, and data operations, partnering with IT and stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions. Remote role in the U.S. market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial operations, commercial data strategy, business intelligence, analytics, or CRM within biotech or pharma.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial data sources (IQVIA, Symphony, claims, prescription, specialty pharmacy).
• Experience with Veeva CRM, Power BI, Tableau, data governance, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the commercial data strategy, governance framework, and long-term data roadmap.
• Build and integrate commercial data infrastructure across CRM, claims, prescription, specialty pharmacy, payer, and patient services data.
• Oversee reporting, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and business intelligence capabilities.
• Serve as the business owner for commercial CRM platforms, including Veeva, and drive platform optimization.
• Partner with IT and commercial stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
• Manage external data providers, technology vendors, budgets, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and lead teams across reporting, data governance, CRM administration, and data operations.
• Support launch readiness and ongoing commercial performance through reliable data and reporting capabilities.
