You will connect with life sciences leaders, design world-class talent solutions, and drive business growth across biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device clients.

You are a proven relationship builder with deep industry credibility, capable of partnering with delivery teams to ensure flawless execution and client success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in life sciences recruiting, RPO, or talent consulting with a track record of revenue growth.
• Senior-level network across biotech/pharma/medical device sectors.
• Executive presence and credibility with C-suite and HR leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by designing talent solutions to win new partnerships across biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device sectors.
• Own client solutions for key accounts and build trusted advisor relationships with executives.
• Lead the full sales process from discovery to pricing, proposals, and closing deals.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure flawless execution of talent solutions.
• Leverage the broader Syneos Health organization to deliver integrated value to clients.
